Blue World City Islamabad is a very prominent housing society in the vicinity of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Though there are hundreds of housing societies in twin cities, still BWC is a unique and totally different project than any other in Pakistan, either approved or unapproved.

Blue World City NOC is currently under-process and is expected to be approved really soon. The project already has RDA's approval and NOC for some of their land. The Blue World City NOC was initially awarded just 427 Kanal of land. Before granting that NOC or any other, Rawalpindi Development Authority conducts a detailed review process that includes checking developers' background, purchasing status of the land, payments, and hundreds of other things. Obtaining this legal clearance and first NOC is confirmation of the project's validity.
Just after a while, the project was enlarged owing to overwhelming demand, adding 10,000 Kanal further to introduce other blocks such as the new Blue World City Islamabad Overseas Block. After launching it, the developers fulfilled the legal requirement by applying for a renewal of the NOC. RDA is currently reviewing its application (Rawalpindi Development Authority). Before renewing or providing a new NOC, they perform a thorough evaluation. The majority of their reviews have been finished, and the NOC status will be updated soon.
